Our Services

Trans Voice Training offers evidence-based, gender-affirming voice therapy to help clients develop a voice that feels authentic, comfortable, and aligned with their identity. Sessions are delivered online, allowing flexibility, privacy, and consistency no matter where you live.

We support clients seeking:

• Voice feminisation / brightening

• Voice masculinisation / darkening

• Androgynous or nonbinary voice goals

• Improved vocal quality, confidence, and projection

• Healthy vocal habits and long-term sustainability

Each program is highly individualised and tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and communication needs.

Fees & Payments

Session fees are payable at the time of booking or on receipt of invoice. All sessions are delivered online by qualified speech pathologists specialising in gender-affirming voice work.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, because a session time is reserved specifically for you, we have the following policy:

• Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided — or if you do not attend your scheduled session — 100% of the full session fee will be charged.

This ensures we can offer the appointment to another client and maintain continuity of care for all clients.

Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your session at any time, provided it is more than 48 hours before your appointment.
Reschedules within 48 hours are treated as cancellations and charged at the full fee.
